Initial Service (Deep Cleaning)

For first-time or neglected windows (required before signing up for other packages).

Prices may vary depending on window count as well. 

• Minimum: $150
• Small Homes (up to 1,500 sq. ft.): $150-$225
• Medium Homes (1,500–3,000 sq. ft.): $250-$350
• Large Homes (3,000+ sq. ft.): $350+

Includes:

• Interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Frame and sill cleaning.
• Screen washing.

Exclusions

• Hard Water Removal
• Construction Debris (paint, silicon, stain etc.)

Quarterly Package (Every 3 Months)

 Perfect for keeping windows clean year-round without too much commitment.

Prices may vary depending on window count as well. 

• Small Homes: $150 per session
• Medium Homes: $175-$300 per session
• Large Homes: $300+ per session

Includes:

• Interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Frame, sill, and screen wipe-down.

Exclusions

• Hard Water Removal
• Construction Debris (paint, silicon, stain etc.)

Bi-Annual Package (Twice a Year)

 Ideal for homes that need cleaning after winter and before fall.

Prices may vary depending on window count as well. 

• Small Homes: $175 per session
• Medium Homes: $200-$325 per session
• Large Homes: $325+ per session

Includes:

• Full interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Detailed sill, frame, and screen cleaning.

• Hard Water Removal
• Construction Debris (paint, silicon, stain etc.)

Annual Package (Once a Year)

 Comprehensive cleaning to make your windows sparkle annually.

Prices may vary depending on window count as well. 

• Small Homes: $200
• Medium Homes: $200-$300
• Large Homes: $300+

Includes:

• Deep clean of all interior and exterior windows.
• Frame, sill, and screen cleaning.

Commercial Weekly Exterior Maintenance Package

 Recommended for commercial properties

• Commercial Properties: $3-$5 per pane (depending on size)

Includes:

• Quick exterior window cleaning.
• Spot checks for smudges, dirt, or debris.

Exclusions

• Hard Water Removal
• Construction Debris (paint, silicon, stain etc.)

Bi-Weekly Package

 Great for regular upkeep while reducing grime buildup.

• Commercial Properties: $3-$5 per pane

Includes:

• Full exterior cleaning.
• Light touch-up for interior windows (if needed).
• Sills and frames wiped down.

Monthly Package

 Ideal for maintaining clean windows on a less frequent but consistent schedule. For Residential, these prices are for exterior only. 

• Small Homes: $150-$200 per session
• Medium Homes: $200-$300 per session
• Large Homes: $300+ per session
• Commercial Properties: $3-$5 per pane

Includes:

• Interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Basic sill and frame cleaning.

Exclusions

Optional Add-Ons:

• Hard Water Stain Removal: $10-$20 per window (if severe).
• Screen Cleaning: $3-$5 per screen.
• Skylight Cleaning: $10-$20 each.
• Solar Panel Cleaning: \$10-\$20 each. 
• Gutter Cleaning: Starting at $100.
• Pressure Washing (Patios/Driveways etc.): Add-on pricing available upon request. 
• Post Construction Cleaning: Pricing upon request
